  • What payment method should I select at checkout?
    • Please select "On Account" as your payment method to ensure your order is correctly linked to your account for billing and discount application.
  • Why is the "On Account" option missing?
    • If you are missing the "On Account" payment option on the checkout page, your browser may have automatically logged you into a Shop account associated with your computer. This digital wallet prioritizes saved credit cards and addresses and often hides other payment methods such as "On Account".
  • How do I bypass Shop Pay to pay "On Account"?
    • To see all payment options, avoid the purple buttons and instead select the blue "Checkout as a guest" button. This will keep you logged in to your Gold Roast account but will redirect you to our standard checkout page where the "On Account" payment method is available.
  • The prices I see online are different from what I usually pay. Is something wrong?
    • No, this is normal. The online system displays base prices. Your specific pricing and discounts will be applied internally after you submit your order. Please refer to the invoice provided by your sales representative for accurate pricing.
  • My coffee package includes delivery, why am I seeing shipping costs at checkout?
    • If you are within our delivery areas and your service agreement includes delivery, please disregard any shipping costs shown. These charges will be removed when we process your order.
  • What happens if I miss the 2:00 PM deadline for delivery?
    • Orders submitted after 2:00 PM may be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.
  • How will I know the final price of my order with my discounts applied?
    • You will receive your standard invoice from your delivery driver after your order has been processed and delivered, which will reflect your correct pricing.
