  • What payment method should I select at checkout?
    • Please selection "On account" as your payment method to ensure your order is correctly linked to your account for billing and discount application.
  • The prices I see online are different from what I usually pay. Is something wrong?
    • No, this is normal. The online system displays base prices. Your specific pricing and discounts will be applied internally after you submit your order. Please refer to the invoice provided by your sales representative for accurate pricing.
  • My coffee package includes local delivery, why am I seeing shipping costs at checkout?
    • If you are within our delivery areas and your service agreement includes delivery, please disregard any shipping costs shown. These charges will be removed when we process your order.
  • What happens if I miss the 2:00 PM deadline for next-day delivery?
    • Orders submitted after 2:00 PM may be scheduled for delivery on the next available delivery day.
  • How will I know the final price of my order with my discounts applied?
    • You will receive your standard invoice after your order has been processed and delivered, which will reflect your correct pricing.
