Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. "Bellucci Latte Touch Giveaway" Promotion - Official Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Period

The Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. “Bellucci Latte Touch Giveaway” Promotion (the “Promotion”) begins on October 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on November 24, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion:

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants must be legal residents of Canada.
  • Employees, representatives, or agents of Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd., its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter the giveaway in the following ways:

A. Online Purchase Entry

  • Make a qualifying purchase on the official Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. website (www.goldroast.ca) during the Promotion Period.
  • A qualifying purchase is defined as an individual, non-wholesale order. Purchases made by companies, resellers, or under wholesale/corporate accounts are excluded and will not count as an entry.
  • Each qualifying purchase automatically qualifies as one entry into the giveaway draw.

B. Social Media Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Entrants can receive additional entries by completing the following actions on the official Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. social media accounts during the Promotion Period. Entries for social media actions are limited to one (1) entry per platform/action, except where noted:

  • Follow on Instagram: One (1) entry for following the official Gold Roast Instagram account (@GoldRoastCoffee).
  • Follow on Facebook: One (1) entry for following the official Gold Roast Facebook page.
  • Like Giveaway Post: One (1) entry for liking the official giveaway announcement post on either Instagram or Facebook (maximum one entry total for liking the post across all platforms).
  • Share in Story: One (1) entry for sharing the official giveaway post to your personal Instagram or Facebook Story (profile must be public for 24 hours to verify entry).
  • Tag a Friend: One (1) entry for each unique friend tagged in the comments of the official giveaway post on either Instagram or Facebook. No limit on the number of entries gained through tagging unique friends.

C. In-Store Purchase Entry

Entrants can receive entries by making a qualifying purchase directly at the Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. retail location at A19-550 Parkside Dr., Waterloo, Ontario during the Promotion Period.

  • Qualifying In-Store Purchase: Make a qualifying purchase at the specified Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. retail location. A qualifying purchase is defined as an individual, non-wholesale order. Purchases made by companies, resellers, or under wholesale/corporate accounts are excluded and will not count as an entry.
  • Entry Limit: Each qualifying in-store purchase automatically qualifies as one (1) entry into the giveaway draw. Entry is limited to one (1) entry per person per calendar day, regardless of the number of purchases made on that day.

D. Email Marketing Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

Entrants can receive one (1) entry into the giveaway draw without making a purchase by completing the following action on the official Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. website (www.goldroast.ca) during the Promotion Period:

  • Form Submission: Fully and accurately complete the designated online giveaway entry form.
  • Email Subscription: Consent to and successfully sign up for the Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. email marketing list via the entry form.
  • Entry Limit: This method counts as one (1) entry per person for the entire Promotion Period. Subsequent sign-ups or form submissions will not generate additional entries. Entrants who are already subscribed to the email list must still complete the designated entry form to qualify for this entry method.

4. Prize

  • One (1) Bellucci Latte Touch Fully-Automatic Espresso Machine (valued at $1,595 CAD) will be awarded to one winner.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products.

5. Winner Selection

  • The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The draw will be conducted on November 25, 2025.
  • The selected winner will be contacted via email or social media within 48 hours of the draw.
  • The selected winner must respond and correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.
  • If the selected winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner may be selected.

6. Prize Delivery

  • Prize Pick-Up (Required): The winner must pick up the prize in person from the Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. showroom located at A19-550 Parkside Dr., Waterloo, Ontario.
  • Shipping Option: Shipping is available within Canada only upon the winner's request. All applicable shipping fees, duties, and taxes related to the shipment of the prize must be paid by the winner prior to shipping.

7. General Conditions

  • Jurisdiction: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Canada.
  • Agreement to Rules: By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Terms and Conditions and all decisions of Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd., which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
  • Right to Modify or Cancel: Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion (or any part of it) in the event of fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. in its sole discretion.
  • Use of Personal Information: By entering, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. for the purposes of administering the Promotion, prize fulfillment, and entry into the email marketing list (if applicable). Participants also consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law. Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. will handle personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
  • Liability & Release: By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
  • Disqualification: Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion.
  • Verification: All entries are subject to verification by Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. Any entry that cannot be verified will be considered void.
  • Quebec Compliance: Quebec residents acknowledge that a translation of these rules into French is available.

1. Période de la Promotion

La Promotion « Bellucci Latte Touch Giveaway » (la « Promotion ») de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. (la « Société ») commence le 27 octobre 2025 et se termine à 23 h 59 HNE le 24 novembre 2025 (la « Période de la Promotion »).

2. Admissibilité

Pour être admissible à la Promotion :

  • Les participants doivent être âgés de 18 ans ou plus au moment de l'inscription.
  • Les participants doivent être des résidents légaux du Canada.
  • Les employés, représentants ou agents de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd., ses sociétés affiliées, ses agences de publicité et de promotion, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate ou les personnes vivant sous le même toit ne sont pas admissibles à participer.

3. Comment Participer

Les participants admissibles peuvent s'inscrire au concours de quatre façons :

A. Participation par Achat en Ligne

  • Effectuer un achat admissible sur le site Web officiel de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. (www.goldroast.ca) pendant la Période de la Promotion.
  • Un achat admissible est défini comme une commande individuelle, non-vente en gros. Les achats effectués par des entreprises, des revendeurs ou dans le cadre de comptes de gros/corporatifs sont exclus et ne compteront pas comme une participation.
  • Chaque achat admissible donne automatiquement droit à une participation au tirage du concours.

B. Participation via les Médias Sociaux (Aucun Achat Nécessaire)

Les participants peuvent recevoir des participations supplémentaires en complétant les actions suivantes sur les comptes de médias sociaux officiels de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. pendant la Période de la Promotion. Les participations pour les actions sur les médias sociaux sont limitées à une (1) participation par plateforme/action, sauf indication contraire :

  • Abonnement sur Instagram : Une (1) participation pour l'abonnement au compte Instagram officiel de Gold Roast (@GoldRoastCoffee).
  • Abonnement sur Facebook : Une (1) participation pour l'abonnement à la page Facebook officielle de Gold Roast.
  • Aimer la Publication du Concours : Une (1) participation pour avoir aimé la publication officielle de l'annonce du concours sur Instagram ou Facebook (maximum une participation totale pour avoir aimé la publication sur toutes les plateformes).
  • Partager dans l'Histoire (Story) : Une (1) participation pour avoir partagé la publication officielle du concours dans votre Histoire (Story) personnelle sur Instagram ou Facebook (le profil doit être public pendant 24 heures pour vérifier la participation).
  • Identifier un(e) Ami(e) : Une (1) participation pour chaque ami(e) unique identifié(e) dans les commentaires de la publication officielle du concours sur Instagram ou Facebook. Aucune limite sur le nombre de participations obtenues en identifiant des ami(e)s uniques.

C. Participation par Achat en Magasin

Les participants peuvent recevoir des participations en effectuant un achat admissible directement au magasin de détail de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. situé au A19-550 Parkside Dr., Waterloo, Ontario pendant la Période de la Promotion.

  • Achat Admissible en Magasin : Effectuer un achat admissible au magasin de détail de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. spécifié. Un achat admissible est défini comme une commande individuelle, non-vente en gros. Les achats effectués par des entreprises, des revendeurs ou dans le cadre de comptes de gros/corporatifs sont exclus et ne compteront pas comme une participation.
  • Limite de Participation : Chaque achat admissible en magasin donne automatiquement droit à une (1) participation au tirage du concours. La participation est limitée à une (1) participation par personne par jour civil, quel que soit le nombre d'achats effectués ce jour-là.

D. Participation par Marketing par Courriel (Aucun Achat Nécessaire)

Les participants peuvent recevoir une (1) participation au tirage du concours sans effectuer d'achat en complétant l'action suivante sur le site Web officiel de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. (www.goldroast.ca) pendant la Période de la Promotion :

  • Soumission du Formulaire : Remplir intégralement et précisément le formulaire de participation en ligne désigné pour le concours.
  • Abonnement au Courriel : Consentir à et s'abonner avec succès à la liste de marketing par courriel de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. via le formulaire de participation.
  • Limite de Participation : Cette méthode compte pour une (1) participation par personne pour toute la Période de la Promotion. Les abonnements ou soumissions de formulaires subséquents ne généreront pas de participations supplémentaires. Les participants déjà abonnés à la liste de courriel doivent tout de même remplir le formulaire de participation désigné pour être admissibles à cette méthode de participation.

4. Prix

  • Une (1) machine à espresso entièrement automatique Bellucci Latte Touch (d'une valeur de 1 595 $ CA) sera remise à un gagnant.
  • Le prix est non transférable et ne peut être échangé contre de l'argent ou contre d'autres produits.

5. Sélection du Gagnant

  • Le gagnant sera sélectionné au hasard parmi toutes les participations admissibles reçues pendant la Période de la Promotion.
  • Le tirage aura lieu le 25 novembre 2025.
  • Le gagnant sélectionné sera contacté par courriel ou par média social dans les 48 heures suivant le tirage.
  • Le gagnant sélectionné doit répondre et répondre correctement à une question d'habileté mathématique pour réclamer le prix.
  • Si le gagnant sélectionné ne répond pas dans les 5 jours, un nouveau gagnant pourra être sélectionné.

6. Livraison du Prix

  • Cueillette du Prix (Obligatoire) : Le gagnant doit récupérer le prix en personne au salle d'exposition de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. situé au A19-550 Parkside Dr., Waterloo, Ontario.
  • Option d'Expédition : L'expédition est disponible au Canada seulement à la demande du gagnant. Tous les frais d'expédition, droits et taxes applicables liés à l'expédition du prix doivent être payés par le gagnant avant l'expédition.

7. Conditions Générales

  • Juridiction : La Promotion est ouverte uniquement aux résidents légaux du Canada.
  • Acceptation du Règlement : En participant, les participants acceptent de se conformer au présent Règlement officiel et à toutes les décisions de Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd., qui sont finales et exécutoires dans toutes les questions relatives à la Promotion.

  • Responsabilité et Décharge : En participant, les participants acceptent de libérer et de tenir indemnes Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. et ses sociétés affiliées, administrateurs, dirigeants, employés et agents de toute réclamation ou cause d'action, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, les blessures corporelles, le décès, ou les dommages ou la perte de biens, découlant de la participation à la Promotion ou de la réception ou de l'utilisation de tout prix.
  • Disqualification : Gold Roast Coffee Services Ltd. se réserve le droit de disqualifier tout participant qui enfreint ce règlement ou qui altère le processus de participation ou le déroulement de la Promotion.
