The Breville® Luxe Brewer Thermal is a thermal drip coffee maker designed to deliver consistently great brews that meet SCA (Specialty Coffee Association) Golden Cup standards. Tap Brew for an easy, reliable cup or carafe, with the capacity of a 12 cup coffee maker for everyday mornings, meetings, and weekend brunches. When you want to switch it up, choose Cold Brew or use Custom settings to dial in your preferences.

The Luxe Brewer is designed to brew a higher-concentration base for cold brew. Depending on how much you’re making, it can be ready in as little as 30 minutes - fast enough for spontaneous iced coffees, and flexible enough for everything from classic over-ice pours to fun coffee cocktails.

When you want full control, Custom settings let you fine-tune bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature, and flow rate. Even better: the brewer can remember your personalised one-touch brew profile, so once you land on your recipe, it’s easy to repeat.

The dual-wall thermal carafe helps keep coffee hotter for longer (up to 4 hours), and the large, fully removable water tank makes refills and cleaning straightforward. It includes an integrated ClaroSwiss water filter, measuring lines, and a wide lid designed to reduce splash-back when topping up.

You also get both cone and flat bottom filter options. Different shapes can highlight different flavour notes - choose the style that best suits the coffee you’re brewing and the taste you’re chasing.
