The Fellow Prismo is the AeroPress attachment that brings espresso-style coffee to mornings when a machine isn't on the table. Travelling, camping or adding on to your home setup, the Prismo has you covered. The pressure-actuated valve holds your brew sealed until you press down, building enough pressure to pull a syrupy, full-bodied shot that goes straight into an espresso glass.

The no-drip seal means you can brew a full immersion steep without inverting your AeroPress at all. Just set it up, let it steep, and press. The included 150 micron etched stainless steel filter keeps sludge out of your cup while still allowing natural oils through for a rich, full-bodied result. Prefer a cleaner, brighter cup? Layer a paper filter on top of the metal one and you're set.

Compatible with the AeroPress Original. Note that the Prismo is not compatible with the AeroPress Go, AeroPress XL, or any AeroPress produced between 2005 and 2009.

What does the pressure-actuated valve do?

The valve stays sealed while your coffee steeps and only opens when you press down. This builds pressure during extraction, producing a syrupy, espresso-style shot with more body and intensity than a standard AeroPress brew.

Do I still need to invert my AeroPress when using the Prismo?

No. The no-drip seal allows you to brew a full immersion steep in the standard upright position, so there is no need to flip your AeroPress at any point.

Is the metal filter reusable?

Yes. The included 150 micron etched fine stainless steel filter is fully reusable. Rinse it clean after each use.

Can I use a paper filter with the Prismo?

Yes. A paper filter can be placed on top of the metal filter if you prefer a cleaner, brighter cup with less oil passing through.
