The Lelit Bianca V3 is a major upgrade in both control and workflow, combining dual boilers, rotary pump power, and flow control at the E61 group. It is designed for hands on espresso, letting you shape extraction in real time while still giving you the structure to build consistency shot after shot. Finished in polished stainless steel with walnut wood knobs, lever, paddle, and feet, it looks and feels like the kind of machine you buy once and keep on the counter for the long haul.

Version 3 adds updated software with four operating modes so you can match performance and energy use to your routine. You can run it in stand by or sleep modes, turn the steam boiler off with E Mode, or keep it always on when you want it to stay ready. The headline upgrade is the Low Flow function, an automated reduced flow phase that brings more repeatability to your workflow while staying true to Bianca’s paddle driven style. You also get a brewing temperature offset setting that lets you adjust the coffee boiler temperature during brewing, changing the temperature of the water coming out of the group head for fine tuning.

Control is handled through the Lelit Control Center (LCC) with a high resolution OLED display. From there you can manage temperature regulation for extraction and steam delivery, pre infusion times, stand by times, steam boiler enable or disable, partial and total dose counters, and temperature display in Celsius or Fahrenheit. Add in the dual pressure gauge for brew and steam, plus a dedicated manometer on the E61 group, and you have a machine that is meant to be measured, adjusted, and mastered.

The polished stainless steel body and drip tray are paired with walnut wood knobs, lever, paddle, and feet for a premium finish that looks as serious as it performs. The 2.5L water reservoir can be positioned on three sides to fit your space, with reserve mode indication, and the cool touch multidirectional steam and hot water wands are designed to reduce burns and make cleaning easier. Bianca also supports direct water supply and direct discharge, with pump calibration via an external adjustment screw.
