The volumetric dosing system lets your barista program four espresso shot volumes per group (single, double, short, long, or custom) for one-touch operation and consistent results across every shift and every skill level. The Soft Infusion System (SIS) pre-wets the coffee puck before extraction, drawing out a creamier, more balanced espresso every time.

Steam performance is equally impressive. The push-pull steam system locks down for continuous steaming without straining the barista's hand, while cool-touch wands make the workflow safer and cleanup faster. Raised group heads accommodate cups up to 16oz, with portable risers included for smaller sizes. A reverse mirror back-plate lets baristas check inside the group or monitor bottomless portafilters without bending down.

Pressure gauges display both pump and steam pressure at a glance, automated backflushing keeps group cleaning quick and easy, and solid chrome-plated brass portafilters with ergonomic rubber-grip handles reduce wrist fatigue during high-volume service.
