PARAK Monarka Medium Roast [300g]

Experience the rich heritage of Mexican coffee with Parak Harvest's Monarka coffee beans. This medium roast offers a falvourful profile with notes of chocolate and berries. The honey process begins with handpicking ripe cherries.  After depulping, some mucilage remains on the beans, which are then dried on raised beds in partial sun and shade for 12-18 days, with consistent turning for even drying.
